Made to order

Each piece is produced after you order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then your order ships with tracking. You’ll receive the tracking link by email.

Shipping

We ship within the United States at launch. Shipping rates and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout.

Damaged or misprinted items

If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email info@docksidestandard.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Returns and exchanges

Because each piece is made for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or fit. Please check the fit notes on each product page; if you’re between sizes, email us before ordering and we’ll help.
